Roger’s bandwidth is stunning. He installs and maintains small business systems, troubleshoots mysterious problems, and does the same for home setups. I’m sure he talks techno-speak with the real pros, but I really appreciate his plain English with those of us who just want the device to work and don’t care much about GHz and GBs . . . as long as they get my work out the door. That he can solve quick problems simply by logging on remotely to my computer on-line is a huge plus. Who else is going to bail you out at 8:30 pm?
